What is the minimum quantity I need to order for an item?

Most of other items do not have a fixed minimum order quantity, but due to the fixed costs of printing, we recommend a minimum order quantity of 25 units of an item, depending on the item itself. Items with a very low value have a higher recommended minimum order quantity, while items with a higher value start from a recommended minimum order quantity of just 1 unit.

How can I request a physical catalogue?

While you may find thousands of our products online, we also feel that physical catalogues are a good opportunity to find inspiration for your promotional product campaign. If you are interested in promotional campaigns just drop us a message and we would be happy to make our latest catalogues available to you.

Do you offer items without any branding?

Most of the items we offer are intended for promotional purposes and are supplied with your logo or branding. However we also have a large range of corporate gifts from top brands and these items can be purchased with or without your logo or branding. How do I get prices for your products and services?

Indicative prices for our products can be seen on our website. However, once we know what items your are interested in please send us the quantity you want as well as your logo or branding, and we will prepare a quotation for you.

How long does it take to receive a quotation?

Generally, we try and provide all quotations within 48 hours of receiving your request. Occasionally, in times of high demand, or in the case of a very customized order we may require a longer period. However if you require an urgent quotation please let us know and we will be happy to work around your deadlines and requirements.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Our standard lead time on the majority of our items is 3 weeks. This is the time it takes to produce and deliver your order. However longer lead times apply to items which require specific forms of customization, or in the case of production delays such as in high season.

What if I need my products quickly? Do you offer express services?

In some cases we can offer express production or shipping of the item to reduce the lead time. If you have a specific deadline please let us know your requirements and we will inform you about the possibilities. Besides express services, sometimes we can also offer alternative products which can be produced and supplied with shorter timeframes.

What stages does an order involve?

We like to categorise our order process into 4 distinct stages:

  1. SELECT

Choose the promotional product that you are interested in receiving and the method of print or personalization that you are interested in receiving.

 

  1. DESIGN

Send us your artwork or let us know what you are interested in and we can prepare the artwork for you. We will send you a visualization for your approval prior to proceed with production of the order.

 

  1. PRODUCE

This is the point when the items you have ordered go to the printshop for personalization or branding. The duration of the process depends on the print method you have selected.

 

  1. DELIVER

Once production is finalized the items are subjected to quality control procedures in the print shop and dispatched to your address or location.

Do your items come with a guarantee?

All our items come with a guarantee that to protect you against any defects in either the item or the personalization method. If you have any issues with your order please inform us within 14 days so we can take immediate action to resolve any problems.

Can you guarantee your supply chain?

CMYMK LTD works exclusively with our EU-based partners who hold full compliance certification and a proven track record being leaders in the promotional products industry. In addition, several of the items we offer come with certifications of compliance standards such as GOTS, GRS and IMPACT.

Can I get samples of a product before buying?

Yes, it is always possible to request a sample before buying. We carry a stock of thousands of samples in our warehouse, but if we do not carry an item in our sample stock, then it can be made available on request. Depending on the item and the request, a sample fee might apply. Please let us know your requirements and we can guide you accordingly.

Can I receive a prototype or physical product proof of the item with my logo or branding?

On all orders we will provide you with an electronic proof or product visualization for your approval prior to production of your order. However if in addition to an unbranded sample, you would like to receive a physical product proof, this can be made available for an additional fee.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Thousands of items of each item are held in stock in our partners European warehouses. However stock levels tend to vary, especially in high seasons, so if you are interested in a specific item please let us know so we can confirm stock. If you are interested in proceeding with an order but require some time for internal approval, we can usually hold stock for a limited period. So if this is the case please let us know to avoid depletion of the stock due to other requests.

How do I send in my artwork?

To proceed with an order we would need you to send us a vector file of your logo or artwork.

What if my logo is not in vector format?

In case that a vector format is not available please send us whatever you have available and we can usually convert this to vector format at an additional fee.

How many colors can I have imprinted on my item?

There are many kinds of branding or print methods available, ranging from colourless methods such as embossing or engraving to full colour printing. Different products can take different branding possibilities depending on the material of the product and the print technology that can therefore be applied to it. Different methods not only have different visual implication but can also have an impact on durability and price. Once we understand your requirements, we will be able to guide you on the best methods for your project.

How can I reorder an item which I had previously ordered?

Yes, reorders can usually be processed with a shorter lead time due to the artwork visualization being readily available. However even in the case of reorders will provide you with an updated quote due to possible price fluctuations.

Where can you deliver?

Items can be sent directly from our EU-based printshops to the addresses your require. This can involved bundled shipping to various offices across
